Lead By Example, Inc. (L.B.E.) is a non-profit organization established in January 2016 by LaMar Blake, Denise Smith, and Arlisha Blake - former athletes, public service employees, and youth development advocates. Our organization aims to empower young people to become future leaders of the community and successful student athletes. We follow the "Positive Youth Development" philosophy, which engages youth in a productive and constructive manner within their communities, schools, organizations, and families. L.B.E. provides community outreach and athletic programs to prepare youth participants for future success.
