L.B.E. is dedicated to serving youth between ages 5-21 of the Southern Maryland community. Our mission is to provide a safe and positive environment for young men and women of the community, by instilling core values of LEADERSHIP, INTEGRITY, TEAMWORK, and ACCOUNTABILITY through community outreach and sports. Our goal is to empower them to become future leaders of the community and great student athletes. Our programmatic philosophy is “Positive Youth Development” an all-inclusive concept that engages youth within their communities, schools, organizations, and families in a manner that is productive and constructive; recognizes, utilizes, and enhances youths' strengths; promotes positive outcomes by providing opportunities, fostering positive relationships, and providing the support needed to build on their leadership strengths. Our goals will be accomplished by providing community outreach and athletic programs which will prepare our youth participants for future success.
